TSUN-WING tenders his resignation to KO SUM, and thanks LAI-CHING for making him understand gains and losses should not influence a mutual relationship. TSUN-WING is determined to improve himself. TSUN-WING expresses remorse to FU-HO and wishes to have the opportunity to prove that he is capable of improving the hotel's performance within two years. TSUN-WING returns to hotel and embarks on a campaign of Losers Recruitment Day in search of suitable candidates for makeover. LAI-CHING comes to the hotel for beauty treatment, but the sight of FU-HO triggers more hiccups, and she goes into hiding in the banquet hall.
