定天想开记招讲述绑架事情，日正阻止并道出自己与成林之关系，跪求定天协助救回成林。成林意外得知身处的大槪位置，绑匪及后致电定天确认交赎金事宜，成林在电话中向日正暗示藏匿地点。日正追查下找到窝藏成林的村屋，引开绑匪，让成林趁机逃走……涉案的绑匪及主谋相继落网，但成林赤足逃走时被尖石割伤，伤口感染食肉菌，确诊坏死性筋膜炎。如果情况恶化，医生建议截肢保命。成林求日正千万不能让医生截肢，其后便发烧晕倒。
