一桥积极备战，更让二波全权打埋餐厅；二波安排刚离婚的玛莉到餐厅工作，一桥得悉后大表赞成，更鼓励弟弟努力追求玛莉。在比赛中发现自己视力出现问题的一桥，虽经医生诊症后，明白有机会失明，但他仍不让家人得知此事。滔滔发现唐丁欲以子谦打败建冲之事来出书，滔滔大表不满更以公司立场否决此事。 欲助建冲　反被削权 滔滔明白建冲败于子谦后心情低落，特意四出替他寻找作赛机会，却可惜被唐丁从中作梗。滔滔的下属Jimmy突然向她说出自己已接手了唐丁与子谦的计画；滔滔大感愕然欲发作之际，KM突然出现更说出已提升Jimmy与她平起平坐。 KM指责滔滔私下反对唐丁的计画，更提出要她请一桥与公司合作。一桥得悉滔滔为了维护自己，宁愿被迫放大假，因此竟主动与KM接触……子谦协助滔滔执拾房间时，发现了一本桌球笔记，苦练后技术大进。 子谦当众　挑战一桥 一桥抱病参加比赛，虽凭意志毅力胜出，但终晕倒在赛场上；一桥患病之事被公开，众人均要求一桥退出比赛专心就医。滔滔明白一桥有机会完全失明，不禁替他担心。子谦约传媒到餐厅开记者招待会，更当众出言挑战他。
