一桥要子谦与加勤比试，令他们可以了解对方实力以作参考；加勤轻松取胜，但子谦亦从其他人口中更了解自己的弱点。一桥与徒儿们逛街时，发现当年刊有访问二波的文章，特意购下送给弟弟；二波将当年的风光史与餐厅众人分享，却反而被众人取笑。一桥在码头觅得拂袖而去的二波，想不到却再起争执…… 二波赌气　长期休假 加勤因二波没有要她起床而迟到，一桥更发现二波并没有处理家务；两人向二波质问时，二波提出要放大假暂时放下餐厅工作与家务。加勤私下与二波倾谈，得悉他欲自立门户开餐厅；二波欲把积蓄投资而参加相关课程，更因此认识了投资顾问Debbie。滔滔为讨好唐丁与建冲，不惜到沙滩服侍二人，但心中却希望子谦能有天可打败建冲。满怀期望的滔滔到餐厅探望子谦，竟发现他没有学习桌球，反而在餐厅中担任侍应；大怒下的滔滔拉子谦离开，更阻止他继续跟随一桥学球。 子谦被迫　成为公关 一桥欲与弟弟重修旧好，特意到律师楼把餐厅一半股分给他。一桥发现二波认识了投资顾问，担心他被骗；二波为了赌气，竟决定炒孖展……滔滔安排子谦进入公司工作，更命令加勤负责指导他，加勤暗暗不满。
