凌风、凌云、越铭、小玲到医院探望孟高，告知妙妙饼店赞助的雷速登遥控车大赛即将举行，并鼓励孟高参赛，可惜，孟高却因为要随着父亲搬家，赶不及参赛。另边厢，孟高得知小忠为了帮他拿回手表使战车受损，遂找小忠言谢，并借与小忠比试帮他提升技术，最后更建议他参加遥控车大赛。小忠前往俱乐部报名的时候与凌风等人相遇，众人从小忠口中得知孟高搬家不能参赛，不禁大感惊讶。凌风为完成孟高参加比赛的梦想，提出赶在孟高离开前另行组织一次比赛，在大家分工合作下，比赛准备就绪。就连小忠也赶来参加这场孟高的告别赛，最后，凌风在一轮激斗胜出了！并将赢回来的奖杯送给孟高留念。夕阳西下，孟高依依不舍与众人挥手话别，众人借着自己战车送别孟高，令孟高感动不已。
